I made this rice with the enchiladas. It is delicious!!!
4 c. water
4 cubes chicken bouillon
1 tsp cumin
2 cloves garlic
6 green onions
1 T butter
6 sprigs of cilantro chopped
2 cups rice
Cook for 20-25 min.
